Private dojo with a tatami-effect mat, a Japanese pergola-style wall and wall mats with a wood print

We had the great pleasure of delivering a unique project: the TaZ Dojo private training hall for Borys Mańkowski. The aim was to create a space inspired by a traditional Japanese dojo, combining the highest functionality with a unique design.

The hall was equipped with a 5 cm thick floor mat, made to order. On the surface of the mat we applied a print imitating classic rice straw (tatami), giving the interior an authentic Japanese character.

The walls were fully protected with wall mats with custom prints. Most of the surface received a graphic imitating wooden boards, while the central wall between the windows was finished with a Japanese pergola motif, creating a coherent and highly striking training space.

The result is a PRIVATE DOJO that combines the aesthetics of traditional Japanese training halls with modern materials providing the highest level of safety.
