Every club works differently. That is why we do not stop at choosing the thickness. We also match the hardness, density and resilience of the foam.
First, we establish the disciplines, training intensity and hall dimensions. Then we choose the foam and the finish. As a result, the mat stays stable during stand-up work and absorbs impact where throws take place.
We design the whole surface. We can mark competition areas, training zones and spaces for sponsors. A well-planned hall lets you run more classes in the same floor area.
2 cm — stand-up
For boxing, kickboxing and training without takedowns or throws.
4 cm — the most versatile
The most common choice for stand-up, MMA, BJJ, grappling sports and multi-discipline clubs.

Foam for a specific type of training
We choose its hardness, density and resilience, because not every 4 cm mat has the same hardness.
A permanent hall or a mat for frequent set-up
For a permanent hall, we build a made-to-measure mat. For smaller and mobile zones, we choose a system you can easily lay out yourself.
Made-to-measure floor mat
We lay the foam to the dimensions of the room. We stretch the PVC Sport cover with our own tensioning system, which ensures durability. The surface stays smooth and does not crease during training.

REXROLL
REXROLL works well at home, in a garage, in a small studio and at competitions. You join the rolls with hook-and-loop fasteners. You can fold and unfold them many times.

Puzzle and tatami
Puzzle mats are easy to transport and extend. We order tatami individually in 2 or 4 cm thickness. Lead time depends on availability and manufacturing.

FAQ
Which mat thickness should I choose?
The choice depends on the discipline. A 2 cm mat suits stand-up training without throws. The 4 cm option is versatile for MMA and BJJ. We recommend the 5 cm mat where there are many throws and falls.
Do you make mats to measure?
Yes. We fit the mat to the area and geometry of the hall. There is no minimum order area.
What does the standard set include?
The set includes foam, the PVC Sport cover and our own tensioning system. We also add screws, masking foams and material for finishing the edges.
Can I install the mat myself?
For self-installation, we recommend REXROLL or Puzzle mats. With the PVC Sport cover, we recommend installation by our crew. Correct tension of the cover affects the stability, appearance and durability of the surface.
Does the mat have a PZH certificate?
Materials with a PZH certificate are available as an option. We will select them when preparing the quote. For the chosen variant, we can provide a PZH certificate, a declaration of conformity and technical documentation.
Can you print a logo or competition areas?
Yes. We print logos, training zones, competition areas and sponsor graphics. Printing is priced individually per m² of printed area.
When should I choose REXROLL, puzzle or tatami?
Choose REXROLL for frequent folding and quick set-up. Puzzle mats are easy to transport and extend. We order tatami individually in 2 or 4 cm thickness.
What is the warranty?
We give a 2-year full warranty on floor mats.
