A straight wall means quick installation. We solve difficult spaces in the design.
Straight walls are the quickest to install. Recesses, pillars and built-in structures need precise measurement. We solve every non-standard section in the design.
The standard module is 60×200 cm. Most of our projects, however, are made to measure. We fit the mats around pillars, recesses, radiators and technical enclosures.
We design the layout from A to Z. This keeps the fixings hidden, and a single module can later be removed or replaced.

From a plain wall to a full MMA zone
The scope of work depends on the hall geometry and the type of training. We design straight walls, difficult corners and MMA zones differently.
Plain walls
On straight walls we work with the 60×200 cm base module. A repeatable layout shortens installation and makes it easier to replace a single mat later.

MMA training wall
A smooth wall lets you practise clinch work, wrestling and takedowns. It also reduces the back and shoulder abrasions that occur when working against the mesh.

What is a wall mat made of?
The standard module combines a PVC Sport cover, 3 cm PE foam and a 1 cm OSB board. The finished mat is 4 cm thick.
Do you make mats to measure?

It lets you practise many elements of clinch work, wrestling and takedowns against the wall. The smooth surface reduces back and shoulder abrasions.
Can a logo or graphic be printed?
Yes. We print logos, sponsor branding and graphics covering the whole wall. Printing is quoted separately, based on the graphic's area.
